Is it safe to order online?

Yes, you can rest assured that shopping with us is safe. You’re protected by the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe and secure.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate for shipping. For US orders, the shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 and for international orders the flat rate is $10. Note, this is per item because the items you choose may be produced by different production partners and not shipped from the same origin.

To calculate your exact shipping charges simply add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to amend any details after you’ve placed your order because it goes direct to our production team who will have already begun to process the order.

What countries do you ship to?

In general, we ship to most countries, except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. From time to time certain products may not be offered in specific countries – usually because of shipping issues.

Can parts of my order be shipped to different addresses?

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

How long does delivery take?

First we have to produce the item you ordered, then we can ship it to you. US orders can usually be produced and delivered within one week.

For international orders, it depends on the country in which you live, but delivery typically takes between 15 and 21 business days. Products with expedited shipping may be delivered more quickly. Note: all shipping times exclude customs/clearance delays in your country.

PLEASE BE AWARE that Covid-19 has affected production and shipping schedules. Although production and delivery is returning to normal levels, there may still be a few extra days delay. You will receive a tracking code so you can follow progress of your parcel.

What international customs/import duties are payable?

We’re unable to determine the fees (if any) that apply to your country. These are determined by local laws and are payable by the customer and not by ShirtDuck store. Contact your local Customs office for more information.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please be patient. Once the order is shipped you’ll receive an email notification and a tracking number so you can monitor progress of your shipment.

What if my tracking number isn’t working?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

Why do you need my phone number?

Although it’s optional, we recommend including your phone number when ordering. This is simply so your local carrier can contact you to arrange delivery, if necessary. In some countries, the delivery agent will not leave the parcel at an unattended address.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send a message to service@shirtduck.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you expected to receive, and any further details. We’ll find out what happened and get back to you within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Sorry, but our system is unable to process exchanges. However, if your return is approved, you can return your item to us and make a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our Refund Policy.
